Two men in Panganiban town have been apprehended to face a criminal charge in court for alleged cattle-rustling.

PO2 Ronnie Agawain and PO2 Ruel Robles served the warrant of arrest last Sept. 16 on Oscar Villanueva and Rogelio Amaranto, both of barangay San Miguel, after Regional Trial Court Brancg 43 Presiding Judge Lelu P. Contreras ordered their arrest in connection with Criminal Case No. 3948 for violation of Presidential Decree 533 or the Anti-Cattle Rustling Law.

In Virac, another resident lost out to robbers who picked up a wallet from inside the residence. Nutritionist Jeanette Joson-Torrente told the police that sometime between 2:30 to 4 A.M. of Sept. 14, robbers entered their residence at Bigaa and escaped with a wallet containing vital IDs and documents as well as a pair of gold earrings.
